Studio M Salon Cancellation Policy ✨ Your appointment is very important to me and has been reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adiustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Please notify me directly or through the scheduling system 48 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. Late arrivals: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
